Remember we used to prepare the campaigns and do the Marketing for a very famous Commercial Centre? We also did the commercial management for its cinema's advertising sales. The supports we offered were the advertising spots before the movies, the popcorn packaging, the movies program, the outdoors led screens.
We targeted the database of the local businesses by knowing in advance campaigns that were running on TV, radio or press (some of them were our actual clients). We contacted them with a budget on hand and we followed-up afterward. We centralised the reception of the audio-visuals spots and prepared in the particular format for cinema. We weekly planned the advertising for the cinema's management to distribute the contracted service. We controlled the invoicing and payments.
We did the same process with several media that the agency owned. An example of this was a commercial Marketing cross promotion between the gastronomic magazine Menja’t Andorra and Ara.ad. This last one is a digital newspaper that was born in Catalonia (Spain) but was imported to Andorra. So we started a gastronomic section with news and a blog to share non-commercial articles written by any collaborator, business in the hospitality industry, or anyone from the society wanting to share some thoughts (including myself). As well, we promoted and linked our gastronomic magazine.
Another way of commercialisation that some of our projects were involved (events such as XIVth International Winter Road Congress – Andorra 2014, Art & Vi, Noces Concept, Gastronomic Show, was having to commercialise the exhibition area from local to international businesses.
By leading new fairs for the first time in the country, we build (in trust) great relationships with them, which helped in other aspects of the commercialisation, reaching synergies (read more about Synergy Marketing here) and getting new clients on board.
